A few weekends ago, I visited my brother and sis-in-law in North Carolina. We were able to set up a couple of family photoshoots along the way… actually, 4 total in a 3-day weekend! Kristin scouted out a beautiful park where we did most of the shoots. It truly was a photographer’s dream — mainly because there were all of these neat structures, barns and gorgeously landscaped paths the kids could play in and around. Anyone know of a place like this in Atlanta? We need one!

When your backyard looks like a park, why shoot anywhere else? It was such a gorgeous Fall day, the yard truly sparkled with yellow light. To view all the family fun, click here.

4 photoshoots & 2 ballerinas

November 10th, 2009 § 3

Just got back from a wonderful trip to NC to visit with my brother’s family — which also included a few photoshoots along the way. Got to spend quite some quality time with the little ones (which is rare, unfortunately) — and play dress up with this cutie below. Miss Finn sure knows how to win my over my heart with one giggle. So much more to share in the next weeks… stay tuned for family photos galore!
