I am thrilled to have the Herbarium shoot I photographed for the insanely talented stylist, Ginny Branch, featured in the latest issue of Utterly Engaged! It is always such a pleasure to work with her; her ideas for the shoot which centered around an herb-infused water station, rosemary garland, pressed flower guest book and a simply lovely chamomile bouquet fit perfectly for their latest issue, aptly entitled, Organic Love. These are just a few more outtakes from the shoot, but do take a peek at the layout… there is nothing more exciting than to see these images in such beautiful context.

I had the pleasure of traveling to Nashville to shoot for my friend, the lovely and incredibly talented Kate Murphy, at the historic Belle Meade Plantation. Emily and Michael designed an amazing affair with such thoughtful and personal touches: every single piece of pottery was from her mother’s personal collection; the hydrangeas were cut from her grandmother’s garden.  The paper balls where all hand-crafted by Emily and her mom and were later strung into a chandelier, as well as a smaller grouping held by her flower girl in lieu of flowers. (It’s always so fun & inspiring to shoot with Kate; not once did I pick up a digital camera during the entire evening.)

My New Year was kicked off with a bang when Style Me Pretty did a lovely feature on Jess & Marty’s wedding. A few weeks later, I was doubly honored to have Natalie & Conar’s sweet, hometown wedding featured on Grey Likes Weddings.
